Day 3 (Week 4) – Table Tennis Fitness

Today’s exercise is about pace and power, as well as being light on your feet. With regular practice, it could enhance the speed of your footwork in a match and therefore has the potential to be an agility ‘GAME CHANGER!’

To do this agility drill, simply stand side-on to the fitness ladder and drive both legs into each square, moving along the ladder and through the next square as you go.

Try and aim for 3 sets of 3 reps for this exercise. It’s a tiring agility drill, so make sure you take your time between each set to catch your breath back!
