As usual, I’m going to go for a walk in the sunshine to unwind from the intensive Table Tennis Fitness that we have been doing over the last few days
I will also do some stretches (like the one below from Day 3, Week 2) and maybe a few light strength based exercises to make sure I’m not completely slacking off from my Table Tennis Fitness!
