Rest Day is over – time to get back to the grind with our Table Tennis Fitness!
Today’s footwork exercise may seem familiar as it’s essentially Day 2’s footwork drill, only in reverse!
Note: remember to stretch before starting today’s exercise – why not try this one!
As you can see in the video, instead of my left leg stepping in front of my right and into the first square, I actually cross-cut my left foot behind my right and pivot out of the square! I then do the same with my right foot. I know it sounds complicated, but give it a go and you will see how easy it is to learn!
I recommend you try 4 sets of 3 reps with a short rest between each set!
