Day 4 (Week 6) – Rest Day

Yay, it’s finally rest day!

Try to fight the urge to workout again today, as rest in sport and fitness is just as (if not more) important than vigorous activity. This is because rest days can help not only prevent injuries, but also boost our mood and morale, keeping us fired up over the rest of the week to continue working hard!

So drop what you’re doing, and enjoy the rest of the day off!

I’m in need of some fresh air, so I’m going to make sure I go for a lengthy walk today! Walking is great for us as it helps improve circulation and strengthen our muscles, as well as helping to lighten our moods + so much more!

I also feel quite tired, so I might take a nice, warm bath to relax my worn-out muscles
