Day 4 (Week 2) – Table Tennis Fitness (Rest Day)

After 4 tough days of table tennis fitness, we need a good break to recover our muscles!

As usual, try and stay at least a little active today, even though it is a rest day. Like we discussed last week, we don’t want our bodies becoming stiff due to inactivity. Why not stretch for a bit, and release any tension from this week’s workouts!
