As you may have gathered by now, I do enjoy a good walk, especially in the Forest and its surroundings! There is so much life and greenery in these areas, perfect for a table tennis detox and mental refresh.
I find walking is a great help when practising mindfulness, even more so when you are constantly seeing so much life around you: the feeding ponies and cows, the different types of trees shooting in various directions, and the contrasting colours of all the plants.
There is so much in nature for us to be thankful for. After all, without plants and trees we couldn’t live as they provide oxygen for us all to breathe. This is why we need to try and preserve our planet and prevent deforestation (see Day 1’s Daily Detox for more on my thoughts about that!).
