Day 4 – Table Tennis Fitness

We’ve been working really hard on our fitness over the last few days, so I think a rest day is much deserved and needed!

It’s really important to make sure we have enough rest during our fitness regimes. We don’t want to push ourselves over our limit and possibly cause damage to our bodies.

That being said, we shouldn’t be inactive on rest days, as that can cause our bodies to suddenly seize up and become stiff.

A good way to stay active, is to go for a long walk (30 minutes or more).

Walking is great exercise, good not only for our bodies, but also for our mental health as we can practice mindfulness along the way. Therefore, I personally really recommend walking to help refresh ourselves, and I think we should all try and add walking to our daily routines.

You could also try combining walking with stretching or yoga. This will help make sure our muscles are loose and flexible, ready for tomorrow’s workout!
