Day 3 (Week 8) – Table Tennis Fitness

I hope you legs are well rested from the ‘Fast Feet’ exercise we did the other day, because I’ve got another tough one for you!

Jumping lunges is a great exercise to help get your heart pumping hard, as well building strength in your quads and calves. It’s also perfect for building leg speed, which is why it’s today’s choice of workout!

Fitness Goal: try and perform 2-3 sets of 20-30 reps each!

Tip: try and focus on setting a consistent pace to help your workout be more efficient and better for your body!
