Day 6 (Week 2) – Saturday Special

It’s the weekend and you know what that means – Saturday Special time!

This week’s special is going to be focusing on what I believe to be 3 things (tips) you should always keep in mind when playing table tennis exercises.

I personally think that these tips will really help maximise the most you can get out of your sessions!
