Day 5 (Week 6) – Saturday Special

Dealing with nervousness in sport is very tricky. From my personal experience, I have felt just how much anxious thoughts in a match can affect your sporting performance and ability for the worse.

Essentially, nerves can either be harnessed to help towards a successful victory, or let loose to cause havoc by making you ‘choke’ or ‘freeze’ in a match.

This video is about how I think one can overcome anxiety in a match, and how to NOT let it destroy your chances of victory!
