I wanted to do a specific exercise for today’s Table Tennis Fitness that would incorporate the two muscle groups: quads and core!
I went for a walk to go and see the boats moored down at the local river. Check out the reason I think boats are a great metaphor for keeping calm under pressure in a table tennis match!
