I find music to be a great companion in life. I always like to let my feelings and mind wander on their own course, and music helps me do just that!
I wanted to do a specific exercise for today’s Table Tennis Fitness that would incorporate the two muscle groups: quads and core!
I went for a walk to go and see the boats moored down at the local river. Check out the reason I think boats are a great metaphor for keeping calm under pressure in a table tennis match!
Let’s swap up the muscle groups for today’s Table Tennis Fitness!
To give our legs a bit of a rest, we will be working on Core strength.

For our first ever Table Tennis Fitness on the blog, I thought we would focus on our leg strength. Our main muscle target to work on today, will be the quadricep muscles!
